When and what are we building?
Phase 1 — Development and Community Building
Timeline: November 2025 – April 2026 Objective: Establish the organizational structure, complete core development, and build an active community ahead of launch.
Scope of Work
1. Funding and Organization
Raise the initial operating budget through traditional corporate financing.
Incorporate the operating entity in El Salvador.
Define internal governance processes and treasury management structure.
2. Community Development and Validation
Launch official communication channels (Discord and X).
Publish the whitepaper and foundational documentation.
Release the hotsite with project overview and ecosystem details.
Implement structured content and engagement initiatives to build early traction.
Recruit contributors, engineers, and strategic advisors.
Establish key partnerships and initiate outreach with ecosystem collaborators.
3. Technical Preparation
Design system architecture and token-economy logic.
Develop and deploy the $CULT smart-contract framework on Ronin testnet.
Build the internal prototype for staking logic and reward-distribution simulation.
Build one 100% RTP game and launch it on a proprietary casino infrastructure, which can be built using open and available "casino skins". No other games will be aggregated at this point.
4. Governance and Tokenomics
Finalize smart-contract development, staking mechanisms, and distribution logic.
Prepare legal and technical documentation for token utility and governance.
Conduct internal testing and preliminary audit review.

Phase 2 — Launch and Expansion
Timeline: May 2026 – December 2026 Objective: Launch the operational ecosystem on Ronin mainnet, activate token utilities, and expand community participation.
Scope of Work
1. Platform Launch
Deploy production-ready staking and reward-distribution modules.
Finalize Vegangster integration for game aggregation.
Launch treasury dashboards and automated distribution logic tied to protocol activity.
2. Token Utility Activation
Deploy $CULT on Ronin mainnet (or another L1 depending on ongoing negotiations).
Activate staking, burn mechanics, and ecosystem distribution modules.
Launch public dashboards showing real-time on-chain metrics and treasury transparency.
3. Community Growth and Marketing
Scale presence across social platforms with consistent updates and releases.
Execute marketing campaigns to grow the user base and expand engagement.
Strengthen partnerships across the Ronin ecosystem and broader Web3 networks.
4. Governance and Reporting
Enable on-platform governance features based on $CULT balances.
Publish quarterly transparency and ecosystem performance reports.
Prepare documentation and roadmap for post-launch phases.
